We Are Hiring:
(Production Manager)

- Indian national (Local/overseas) with proven experience in the production management of Garments/apparel manufacturing industry.

Job Role:
· Plan, schedule, Coordinate and control the production process and activities in factory or plan.
· Manage the human and material resources, equipment and maintenance required for production.
· Estimate, negotiate and agree on the costs and deadlines with clients and manager.

Key Responsibilities:
· Implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications
· Oversee production teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and employee engagement.

Skills:
· Ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a positive work environment, and make effective decisions.
· Skill in managing projects and production workflows from start to finish.
· Discussing Budget expectations with client.

Qualifications:
· Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
· Able to work as part of team.
· Good Power of observation Analytical thinking and ability to provide good training.
