Immediate Opening for "Operations Manager" for an IT software company.
List of requirements and qualifications required for this position:

Educational Background:
A bachelor''s or master''s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.

Candidate must be in Kuwait with Valid Transferable Residence

Salary : as per market (depends on Experience and Skill sets)

Relevant Experience:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the IT or software industry.
Familiarity with software development life cycle and project management.

Leadership and Management Skills:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with different departments.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
