We are hiring immediately!
We are searching for a qualified office coordinator to help keep our workplace running efficiently. The office coordinator will provide general updates and support to our teams, manage assignments at common spaces, care to restock supplies, and submit support requests as needed. The coordinator will also serve at the first point contacts and calls to our clients, with answering phone and email inquiries.

Needed qualification:
~Strong communication skills.
~Proficiency in English and Arabic language
~Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
~Update reports, revenues and capacity
~Strong interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
~Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency and meet tight deadlines
~Ability to comfortably multitask and shift gears throughout the workday
~Ability to work shifts from morning to afternoon
~Ability to work shifts from afternoon to evening
