Job Description: Assistant Manager - Marketing and Exports
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Marketing and Exports with over 15 years of proven expertise in sales and marketing across international markets. This role will be pivotal in driving our company''s sales and marketing strategies to achieve overall growth and success.

Responsibilities:
Manage and execute Sales & Marketing activities globally to achieve the company''s sales targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Finance, Planning, Logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Cultivate and expand relationships with existing and new clients (Contractors, Distributors, Developers, Consultants) using ethical sales approaches, enhancing service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop a deep understanding of our products within our distributor network and customer base.
Conduct market analysis to identify and target optimal markets for expansion.
Explore and establish new markets and business opportunities, actively pursuing them from initiation to realization.
Monitor and analyze competitors'' activities including pricing and product development.
Create and implement pricing strategies for re-sellers and clients within the assigned regions.
Maintain client relations through frequent client visits and represent the company at international fairs.
Forecast product demand in terms of volume and product types, reporting findings to senior management.
Prepare comprehensive reports supporting management decisions and new market strategies for future growth.

Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in waterproofing or construction chemical industry.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex international markets.
Proficient in market analysis and trend identification.
Proven track record in driving business growth and market expansion.
