Skills:
-Expert in cost control, strong attention to internal controls
-Proficient in all costing, accounting & purchasing concepts
- Adept in the use of computers, excel, emails and chat
- Fast typer & Strong in Excel, knowledge of excel formulae and shortcuts
- strong communicator & Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large spreadsheets
- attentive to detail with an eye for quality control
- knowledge of cost control and food costs
- strong organizational and administration skills
- financially and ethically disciplined
-Strong grasp of financial statements and acceptable industry margin targets
Job Description:
-Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving goods from suppliers and ensure the quality of purchased goods.
-Candidate will ensure supplier invoice match purchase orders raised by purchasing team.
-He will reject items if quality is poor, if quantities are not correct, or if items and prices do not match purchase order and inform purchasing team immediately to source alternatives.
-Storekeeper will ensure received are stored correctly and hygienically.
-Candidates will maintain inventory and ensure par levels are maintained.
-Finally, storekeeper will distribute produced food and received items to group’s restaurant based on their requisitions
