Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Collection of Inputs of Detailing from Design Engineers.
• Preparation of 2D detail drawings including Equipment layout, Architectural dwg, Municipality dwg as per KFD standards, Structural dwg for substructure, superstructure and foundation for all buildings, Outdoor foundations, Civil layouts, Equipment support structures.
• Preparation of 3D Model of Buildings and Layouts
• Documentation of records for all the projects as per Quality
• Adherence to checklist of Drawings for Review purpose.
• Submission of Drawings to design Engineer for review
• Corrections and Comments updated from Site Inputs
• Preparing BOQ based on the drawings.


Technical Expertise:
• D’man shall be capable of preparation of Architectural drawings, Municipality dwg as per KFD standards, Structural dwg for RCC Buildings including Precast dwg, Structural elements, Equipment structures (Steel lattice and Pipe structures), Transformer foundations, Outdoor equipment foundations, guard house, staff quarters, grading, roads and drainage, cable trench, outdoor steel structures and miscellaneous works related to the substations and cabling works.
• D’man shall be able to review Vendor engineering drawings (layouts, fabrication drawings) with respect to Civil & Structural. Knowledge of switchyard gantry towers, equipment supporting structures & foundations. Familiarization with Detailed engineering of pre-engineered buildings.
