Job Summary:
As the Principal, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, implementing effective educational strategies, and ensuring the overall success of the school. The Principal will play a crucial role in maintaining high academic standards, fostering a positive school culture, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Vision:
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the school in alignment with the school's mission and values.
- Provide strategic leadership to achieve academic excellence and overall school success.
2. Curriculum Development and Implementation:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the American curriculum in both Arabic and English.

3. Student Affairs:

- Implement effective student discipline and support systems.
4. Staff Management:

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Education or related field.
2. Valid American teaching certification and administrative credentials.
3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within an American curriculum school.
4. Strong understanding of bilingual education principles.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Familiarity with the culture and educational landscape of the Middle East, particularly Kuwait.
