Finance Manager
Requirements & Skills:
? Proven experience as a Financial Manager, extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns, A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Master’s/Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
? Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
? Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
? Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
? Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
? Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
? Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
? Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
? Maintain the financial health of the organization.
? Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management while recommending further courses of action.

Senior Accountant
Requirements & Skills:
? Strong financial analysis, organizational and stress management skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and strong knowledge Tally/ERP software’s.
? Ability to train, manage staff and work independently.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Master’s/Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with minimum 10 years of accounting experience.
Responsibilities:
? Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
? Preparing financial analyses, revenue projections and forecasting expenditure and reports.
? Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
? The ability to reflect on your own work as well as the wider consequences of financial decisions, Organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Accountant
Requirements & Skills:
? Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and strong knowledge in Tally & ERP software’s.
? Understanding of accounting and financial processes.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with minimum 6 years of accounting experience.
Responsibilities:
? Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
? Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
? Maintaining accurate financial records in ERP/Tally.
? Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
? Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
