Zajil Local Delivery is a rapidly growing delivery service company dedicated to providing seamless and efficient delivery solutions. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Dispatcher to join our team and play a key role in managing orders and coordinating with our drivers.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently dispatch drivers to fulfil customer orders.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handle end-of-day (EOD) reporting and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with various teams to streamline order processing.
• Monitor and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during delivery.
• Maintain clear and open communication channels with drivers.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a dispatch or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and efficiency.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and logistics systems.
• Quick decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities.
