We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, and driving sales within our showroom.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing product information, recommendations, and answering any inquiries.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized product suggestions and solutions.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting key selling points and assisting with product selection.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and pricing changes, effectively communicating this information to customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn about new products quickly.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications and POS systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
