Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
Experience in call center systems (Infra structure, networking, Data linking, ticketing systems, workflows)
Has experience in Genesis Pure Cloud.
Experience in call centers systems (WebRTC telephony, SIP Truck, DID, Queues, Wrap-Up Codes, Scheduling, Call Routing, IVR Flow Architect, Number Plans…etc.
At least five years' experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, installations, and related technologies.
Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Transferable visa 18 (Ahli)
Ready to join at the soonest
