Key Deliverables

• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support IW objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software systems, including business applications, communication tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Project management
• Software/Hardware vendor management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for information security.
• Manage IT budgets and expenses, optimizing spending to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Lead and mentor IT staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience in IT for 8-10 years, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
• Must possess software application knowledge including but not limited to ERP configuration/support experience, logistics operational system, integration expertise
• Hands on project management experience to device project plan, execute and monitor with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in software/hardware vendor management
• Software product development expertise including design, develop MVP/beta versions will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Position is open for Kuwait residents and overseas candidates from India

Basic Details

Experience : 8 - 10 Years

Location : Kuwait, Dajeej , Kuwait

Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
