Description

Position: Pre-Sales Engineer
Location: Kuwait, Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to provide essential product and solution information.
Craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our offerings tailored to customer needs.
Develop robust customer solutions by deeply understanding their requirements.
Negotiate and finalize contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Uphold Hayat Communication's procedures while delivering outstanding pre-sales support.

Need to do the site survey and Design as per the customer requirement and to clarify the inquiry from customers related to the scope of work.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering or a related field..
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a related field.

Proven experience in the system design of CCTV, Access Control system, Public Address, Gate barrier and other LV systems Pre-Sales Engineering.

Technically should be strong in the Low voltage systems.

Must have knowledge in the preparation of Tender costing and Quotations
A track record of achievements and technical solution expertise in comparable pre-sales roles.

Should have experience in Kuwait market prices.

Vendor Certifications, KSE membership, Driving license is an additional Advantage.
