Qualification & Skills Required:
? Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
? Additional certification in HR is a plus.

Experience:
? 5-10 years of professional experience in handling all areas of Human Resources department which include recruitment, staffing, payroll, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
? Excellent expertise in handling Oracle HRMS.
? Excellent knowledge on the Kuwait Labor Law.
? Excellent in handling monthly payroll, leave calculations and indemnity in coordination with Banks.

Languages:
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Arabic communication skills.

Candidate must be ready to join immediately.
