We're seeking an Office Admin to join our team! Are you organized, reliable, and ready to keep our office running smoothly?

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings.
Provide general administrative support to the management. Prepare and distribute employee salaries.
Make payments to suppliers
Keep a Record of Expenses
Maintain bills and sales data.


? Requirements:

Prior office experience is a must.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
