Are you passionate about automobiles and looking to be a part of a dynamic team? We're a leading automotive service center, and we're expanding our team to better serve our growing customer base. We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals for the following positions:

Positions Available:
Service Advisors (2 positions)
Express Service Attendants (1 position)
Customer Service Representatives (2 positions)
Quick Service Technicians (2 positions)
Mechanics - Major Repairs (8 positions)
Assembly Mechanics (4 positions)
Helper (2 positions)
Cleaner (2 positions)
Spare Parts Advisors (2 positions)

Responsibilities:
Service Advisors: Greet customers, understand their service needs, provide cost estimates, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.
Express Service Attendants: Perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
Customer Service Representatives: Handle customer inquiries, schedule service appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Quick Service Technicians: Conduct quick service tasks, including basic diagnostics and repairs.
Mechanics - Major Repairs: Perform complex vehicle repairs and diagnostics, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Assembly Mechanics: Assemble vehicle components and ensure proper installation and functionality.
Helper: Assist mechanics with various tasks and maintain the workshop's cleanliness and organization.
Cleaner: Ensure the service center is clean, tidy, and organized.
Spare Parts Advisors: Manage spare parts inventory, process orders, and provide accurate parts information to customers and technicians.
Requirements:
Relevant Experience: Experience in automotive service or related roles is preferred but not mandatory for all positions.
Technical Knowledge: Depending on the role, technical knowledge of automotive systems may be required.
Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing roles.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
