Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To coordinate and manage the ERP Master Data Management.
• Manage the user creations and security management for Sage applications.
• Identify and manage the report needs of the business for daily, periodical, and annual basis
• Incorporate best practices of Sage ERP Applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues from the configurations and functional perspective · Assess and identify the application functions based on new and changing business needs/ requirements.
• Constant training and support for the end users (New and existing).
• Documenting the defined process and manage the application training manuals and SOP’s.
• Support during and after the implementation of Satellite/ third party application system integrations.
• Coordinate with associated Business Partner/ vendor on the L3 product issues.
• Coordinate on the regular upgrades with the vendor.
• Manage the License information of server and applications.
• Regular backing up of the data as per company policy.
• Testing the customizations supplied by vendors based on Change requests.
• Supporting the user acceptance tests for the customizations based on change requests.
• Coordinate development of related systems and applications in line with an agreed software development lifecycle (SDLC) process.
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends.
• Liaise with Security admin on ERP security vulnerabilities and security patching

Requirements:
• 2 – 4 years of experience
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
• Experience in SOAP and REST web services APIs, Testing tools.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL Queries
• Experience in the development of applications using Dot net or other programming language.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Function knowledge of finance, supply chain, fixed assets will be a plus
