Full job description
• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Answer customer questions and assist with requests in store
• Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with co-workers (in store and office) to achieve store sales goals
• Inform customers about product features, offering opinions and recommendations when appropriate
• Maintain a tidy shopping environment and welcoming atmosphere
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills- Arabic and English
• Immediate joiner
• Friendly, professional demeanour
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in retail sales or customer service
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
• English and Arabic (Preferred)
