1. Application Support Engineers.
Job description.
Good knowledge for supporting Standard Notification Systems for Financial Domain. Preferable experience in Puffin System.
Non-code based development, deployment and testing of releases
Help identify and troubleshoot Production issues
Co-ordinate with teams for release deployments and testing.
Liaise directly with the level 2 support and testing team of FCC for support services
Participate in discussion about the design and development of changes for the change requests and incidents
Proactive review of system logs and errors in the system
Development Technology: ASP.Net, IBM MQ, APNS, GCM.
Server Technology: Windows , Azure or Linux System
Database: Oracle and SQL Frameworks.
Others: Active Directory, Windows Services, Web services, Exchange server, Client Server certificates and and Security standards.

2. Content Management Resources.
Job description
1.Design E2E Digital Journeys for Digital touchpoints using
Figma & other Digital tools
2. Expert in Digital Analytics & Tracking Tools
3. Create compelling and informative content across various
channels, such as websites, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and social media platforms.
4. Collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and subject matter experts to produce technical content, product documentation.
6. Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps, industry insights.
7. Optimize content for search engines (SEO), lead generation, and customer engagement, focusing on keywords, metadata, and content structure.
8. Manage content calendars, editorial schedules, and content workflows to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
9. Analyze content performance metrics, user feedback, and customer insights to measure content effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the B2B telecom sector to inform content strategy and messaging.
11. Ensure content quality, accuracy, and consistency in messaging, branding, and tone of voice across all communication channels.
12. Collaborate with external agencies, and content partners to expand content reach, amplify brand presence.

3. UAT Test Engineers
Job description
1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
2. Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for digital solutions, including web portals, mobile apps, APIs, and CRM systems.
3. Conduct thorough UAT sessions to validate software functionality, usability, and performance based on business use cases and customer workflows.
4. Identify, document, and prioritize defects, issues, and improvement opportunities in collaboration with development teams using bug-tracking tools.
5. Communicate test results, progress updates, and risk assessments to project stakeholders, including management, product owners, and QA teams.
6. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to contribute feedback, insights, and continuous improvement suggestions.
7. Maintain test environments, test data, and testing tools to support UAT activities and ensure test coverage across different software releases.
8. Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and clients for UAT coordination, user feedback collection, and acceptance sign-offs.
9. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements in testing telecommunications solutions.
10. Provide training, guidance, and support to team members on UAT processes, testing methodologies, and best practices
