Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Staff to join our team in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to recipes and portion sizes.
-Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment before, during, and after each shift.
-Assist in the receiving, storage, and rotation of food and supplies.
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, and disposing of trash.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
-Perform any other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.

Preferred Candidate:
-Prior experience working in a kitchen or food service environment.
-Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
-Ability to work well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
-Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
-Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
-Food safety certification is a plus.
