We are seeking an experienced and customer service-oriented Service Advisor to join our team at Ahmadi Workshop In this key role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, managing their repair orders from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
1. Open job cards and accurately document customer information and repair needs
2. Prepare detailed quotations outlining recommended services and costs
3. Follow up with customers to obtain approval for repair work
4. Keep customers informed on status updates and expected completion times
5. Obtain final approval from customers on invoice amounts prior to releasing repaired units
6. Provide excellent customer service at all times, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in an automotive repair setting
2. Able to send quotation and take approval from customers.
3. Strong technical knowledge of diesel pumps, injectors, and related components
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
5. Proficiency with computers and quoting/invoicing software
6. Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
7. Commitment to delivering highest standards of customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of KD 250 - 300 per month, commensurate with experience.
