Job Title: Booth Counter Staff for Confectionary Stores

We are currently seeking a Booth Counter Staff member to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the booth.
• Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce new ones.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Maintain a fully stocked booth.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
