We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Nurse to join Our Team. The Home Care Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living, administrating medications monitoring vital signs and collaborating with other health care professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities"-
• Assessing Patients health and needs in the home sitting
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administrating meditations and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring & Recording Patients Vital Signs
• Educating Patients & their Families on managing illnesses and injuries
• Collaborating with Physicians and other Health Care Professionals
• Ensuring the Safety and well being of patients at all times.

Qualifications:-
 Valid Nursing License or Certificates
 Proven Experience as a Regional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
 Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
 Compassionate and caring attitude
 Ability to work independently
 CPR Certification is preferred
