Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function, according to our company's specifications. You will work closely with our design team, as well as other departments, to ensure the successful execution of projects and the development of efficient, high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Maintenance:

Write clean, well-designed code in PHP.
Develop, test, and maintain web applications and websites.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Work closely with designers, project managers, and other team members to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle.

Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Security & Best Practices:

Follow industry best practices.
Develop and deploy secure and high-performance web applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and PHP frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be in Kuwait and have valid Transferable Residence
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience of 2 yrs.
Proven experience as a PHP Developer in a competitive environment.
Strong knowledge of PHP and its frameworks (such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX).
Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular.
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
Understanding of SEO principles.
Experience in agile development methodologies.
