Position: Operations Manager
Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B)
Experience: 5 Years’
Salary Range: 600KD – 700KD per month

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Lead and train staff; manage schedules.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Control budgets and optimize profitability.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Train staff on proper health and safety procedures.
• Analyze sales and customer feedback to identify popular items and make adjustments as needed. Ensure that all menu items meet quality and presentation standards.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years in F&B operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Additional Requirements:
• Flexible working hours.
• Experience with F&B management software.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability
