Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager for our Ecommerce Delivery department. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in courier and fulfillment services. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our ecommerce logistics, from order processing to final delivery, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, specifically within courier and fulfillment services.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the ecommerce delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Coordinate with courier services and fulfillment centers to optimize delivery routes, reduce shipping times, and manage delivery costs.
• Manage and lead a team of logistics coordinators, drivers, and warehouse staff. Provide training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Identify inefficiencies in the delivery process and implement solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered in excellent condition. Address any issues related to order discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Work closely with the customer service team to resolve delivery-related inquiries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability and accurate order fulfillment. Coordinate with the purchasing department to manage stock levels.
• Generate regular reports on delivery performance, including metrics such as delivery times, costs, and customer satisfaction. Use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, including safety, environmental, and legal requirements.
• Utilize and integrate technology solutions to streamline operations, including order management systems, GPS tracking, and warehouse management systems.
