Store Keeper with Chocolate & Cake Manufacturing Experience Wanted!

Are you a Filipino national with a passion for chocolate and cake manufacturing? Do you have experience managing inventory in a fast-paced production environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you!

We're currently seeking a skilled Store Keeper who is familiar with chocolate and cake manufacturing processes to join our dynamic team. As a Store Keeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies to support our production operations.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of raw materials, packaging supplies, and other necessary items.
Organize and maintain storage areas in accordance with company procedures, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy accessibility.
Issue materials as per production requirements, following FIFO principles to maintain freshness and quality.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders in a timely manner to prevent disruptions to production.
Collaborate closely with procurement and production teams to forecast demand and plan accordingly.
Conduct regular stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Adhere strictly to company procedures and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Store Keeper in a chocolate or cake manufacturing facility.
Familiarity with inventory management principles and procedures.
Knowledge of ERP systems for inventory control (experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Transferable Visa 18.
Preferably under 35 years of age.
