Foreman

Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in industrial/mechanical engineering with 8-10 years knowledge about industrial manufacturing cycle and production timelines to ensure effective and timely delivery.
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific plant equipment.
• Must possess a positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to all decision-making.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate with all levels within an organization.

Electrical Technician
• Technical qualification/Diploma/ ITI certification in Electrical maintenance
• 5-8 year’s work experience as an industrial electrical technician.
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific plant equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical components as well as electrical safety codes and regulations. They must be professional, technical, and mechanically proficient.

Machine Operator
• Technical qualification/ITI certification/Diploma.
• 3-5 years machine operating experience will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of production procedures and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of safety methods, hazard regulations and raw materials.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and handbooks.
• Good physical stamina and keen attention to detail.
