Job Summary

The Store Keeper is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, ensuring that the store's goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks related to inventory control and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements.

Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish inventory as necessary.

Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage and loss.

Receiving and Dispatching:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics companies to arrange timely deliveries.

Prepare and dispatch orders according to delivery schedules and customer requirements.

Ensure that all outgoing shipments are properly packaged and labeled.
Warehouse Operations:

Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
