ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
REQUIREMENTS
• Systematic filing and organization of records and documents.
• Proficient drafting of letters and memos.
• Excellent proficiency in office suite applications especially word & Excel.
• Has a bachelor degree
• a valid driving license & Car
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Demonstrate ability as a fast learner
• Age Max 28, Strong personality
• Nationality: Syria/Jordan/Palestine
• Languages: Arabic & English

MATERIAL ENGINEER
To supervise the construction, maintenance, building, equipment, components or systems ensuring that the work is executed in accordance with contract conditions, while staying within budget and time constraints ultimately aiming to achieve customer satisfaction
Job Responsibilities:
To plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and
other problems that may arise at any time.
To oversee the selection and requisition of materials for
use in the construction / maintenance, to check whether
the materials are as specified.
To develop a relationship with the Project Engineer and
prepare periodical reports on the progress of work
To supervise and ensure proper maintenance of
materials and to advise on technology and modifications
required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.
To handle procurement activities relating to contracts and
sub contracts in accordance with Company Procedures
and Procurement department activities.
To review and evaluate technical submittals and shop
drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients
according to required project standards
monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Technical & Personal Skills:
Planning Skills, Project Management Skills, Procurement & Engineering knowledge, Knowledge of practical application, Supervisory Skills, Negotiation Skills, Computer Skills, Problem solving Skills,
Good command Arabic & English languages.

SUBCONTRACT ENGINEER
1. To ensure that all subcontracts associated with the projects are defined, awarded, planned and efficiently executed in a systematic and organized manner complying with company subcontract procedures and within the budgets allocated and within the constraints of the projects.
2. To ensure that on all subcontracts executed, best commercial benefits are achieved.
3. To assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s Standard Subcontracting Manual using the experience gained in various projects.
4. To ensure that subcontract strategies and norms are regularly updated as per the system.
5. Develop/Maintain approved subcontractors list for the project and help updating company’s subcontractor database.
6. Awareness with regulation and laws in State of Kuwait.
7. Awareness with international legal and contracting standards.
8. Awareness with local HSE rules and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering (or Equivalent)
2. Experience: Five years multi-discipline Oil and Gas an Construction experience in civil and mechanical projects.
3. Certifications and/or Licenses
• Advanced Excel
• Advanced Word
• Advanced PowerPoint at Risk or similar Software
4. Special knowledge, abilities & skills
• Effective Inter personal and communication skills
• Effective Presentation Skills and Ability to develop automation on spreadsheets/forms.
5. Bilingual preferably from Arabs nationalities.

ROAMING PURCHASER – ARAB NATIONAL
To ensure that all purchase requests associated with the projects assigned to him are defined, planned and efficiently executed in a systematic and organized manner complying with company policies of purchasing and within the budgets allocated and within the constraints of the projects.
2. To ensure that purchase requests assigned to him, have the best commercial benefits.
3. To roam in the market by getting the best prices in the market and the best payment terms.
4. To roam in the market and introduce to the company new products and solutions which may assist cost savings to the company.
5. To roam in the market to purchase used items in attractive prices.
6. To roam in the market to purchase and deliver urgent material that is required due to emergency situations.
7. Awareness with international legal and contracting standards.
8. Awareness with local HSE rules and regulations.

Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum of Diploma degree (any major)
2. Experience: Min. five years in products, suppliers and market prices.
3. Fair IT skills.
4. Must have a valid driving license .
5. Arabs who can speak, write and listen English profoundly.
6. Age shall not exceed 35 years.
