Job Responsibilities:
Chef de Partie (CDP):
-Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
-Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
-Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
-Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
-Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and inventory management.

Commi 1:
-Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
-Ensure all ingredients are prepared and ready for service.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
-Follow health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Arabic, and Lebanese cuisine.
Skills: Excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary arts.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Communication: Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
