Job Summary:
Responsible for fabricating tanks, side brackets, and other parts of the radiator. Take drawing, specification, verify and test for leakage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fabricate tanks, side brackets, oil coolers, fan cover, condenser, chillers, and radiator parts.
• Read and understand the drawing and specifications.
• Pressure testing for leakages, fabricate and fix the leaking part.
• Perform arc welding, tube welding, argon welding, oil tank welding, aluminum welding, and pipe
 Fabrication.
• Alter gaskets, check and fix them using silicon.
• Operate hammer, scissors, center punch, and gripper.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of arc welding, argon welding, tube welding, oil tank welding, fabrication, and nitrogen pressure testing.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and personal protection equipment.
• Knowledge of welding X-ray, tube welding, aluminum welding, and iron welding.

Skills:

• Fabricating skills, welding skills.
• Precision in studying the drawing and completing the task.
• Time management skills to complete the task on time .
• Problem Solving Skills.
• Stress Tolerance.
• Welding (MIG/TIG).
• Assembly line.
• Steel manufacturing.
• Blueprint reading.
