Description

Position: Aluminium Fabricator

-Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.

-Experience:
(3-7) years of relevant work experience as technician/ fabricator in field of Doors, windows, shatters, curtain wall, skylight.

-Responsibilities:
• Carry out the manufacturing, assembly, delivery, installation, and maintenance of products, machinery, and
equipment.
• Safely operate and control a variety of machinery and equipment used in production, including casting,
forming, adhesion, presses, cutting, welding, finishing extrusion machines, and CNC equipment.
• Ensure that equipment is correctly positioned, levelled, and connected to utilities (e.g., electricity, gas,
water).
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to identify and address issues before
they become major problems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
to ensure they operate smoothly.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and conduct necessary repairs and adjustments to
minimize downtime.
• Strictly adhere to safety regulations, protocol and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazard, and take corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Report any defects or deviations and work to maintain product quality.
• Interact professionally with clients, customers, or facility occupants, providing courteous and efficient
service.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
