Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Oracle System / MenaMe System
- Proven experience managing payroll for large groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to join immediately.
