Description

Maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewall.

Providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware(printers, scanners, other devices) and software issues, and resolving technical problems promptly.

Installing and configuring software applications across the organization.

Assessing current and future IT needs and planning for infrastructure expansion or upgrades.

Knowledge about AWS, Mail setup, AD System, EPR System, Hosting and VMware.

Providing training to end-users on IT systems, security best practices, and new technologies.
