Job Description:
AMSARCO, Kuwait's leading distributor of industrial, construction, and agricultural equipment, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our diverse product range.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our equipment
Provide expert advice on product selection to meet customer needs
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote AMSARCO products
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the equipment or machinery industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of industrial, construction, or agricultural equipment
Fluency in Arabic and English
Experience in the Kuwaiti market
