Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator
Department: Operations
Salary Range: KWD 450-500
Reports To: Management

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse, drivers, and staff.
Ensure warehouse health, safety, and cleanliness.
Schedule and coordinate driver shifts.
Plan and coordinate purchases, deliveries, and routing.
Address staff issues and report to management.
Handle email inquiries from the central team.
Coordinate with customer service on order-related communication.
Generate reports (stock flow, driver trips, KPIs).
Manage vehicle maintenance and usage.
Process and dispatch overseas orders.
Handle driver applications and order status updates.
Manage petty cash and reporting.
Ensure timely petty cash and invoice submissions.
Process purchase orders promptly.
Coordinate local market purchases.
Report on local vendor transactions.
Monitor and report stock aging and low inventory levels.
Communicate with customer support on delivery issues.
Ensure timely deliveries and adherence to working hours.
Working Hours and Days:

9 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Driver shifts from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with pending orders delivered as needed.
