Job Summary:
An HVAC Technician, or a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician, installs and repairs various air quality systems. Their main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performing all type of ducting work and HVAC pipelines.
• Conducting routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, such as refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps.
• Performing installations of new heating and cooling systems.
• Maintaining accurate records of equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Troubleshooting issues with electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
• Collaborating with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines while on job sites.
• Timely completion of work orders

Knowledge:
• Proven work experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Knowledge of heating and cooling systems, including refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps.
• VRF and conventional HVAC installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Air Balancing.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and personal protection equipment.

Qualifications:
• Technical Certificate.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift at least 50 pounds.
