Description

JOB ROLE
- Designing, planning, present new ideas, providing the required drawings, plans, calculation of quantities and 3D Visualizing. Dealing, meeting customers and determine their requirements, assist them with solutions for their homes, providing technical advice in space planning and selecting the appropriate products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating interior designs.
- Meeting customer, discussing their requirements in details and providing technical advice in space planning and selecting the appropriate products.
- Flooring and sanitary ware planning.
- Calculation of quantities, providing the required layouts, plans and 3D Visualizing.
- Assist and support sales team in the sales process where needed by direct sales after checking the available quantities and prices.
- Site survey and measuring dimensions when necessary.
- Coordinating and communicating with department team for the work process.

SKILLS
- Interior, Visual, 3D designs and space planning.
- Supervising, selling and communication skills.
- MS office, power point, Internet and IT skills.
- Professional design programs e.g. 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Corel Draw & more.
- Specialized design programs for Baths & Kitchens e.g. Domus 3d, Winner & Visoft.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree.
- Diploma in interior design.
- "Auto Cad" and "3Ds Max" programs certificates.
- 5 years professional experience.
