Required

Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads & Create opportunities
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
• Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling & networking
• Set up meetings & follow up with potential clients
• Preparing quotation, follow up and closing of sales
• Participate in exhibitions and conferences to develop relationships with new clients
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
• Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
• Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Strong communication skills, negotiating abilities and excellent phone etiquette
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Ability to quickly understand customer needs, develop effective cooperation Qualification and Skills:
• RELATED IT SALES EXPERIENCE FOR 4-5 YEARS
• Strong background in Hospitality Industry minimum 4-5 years of experience
• High performance, excellent results in the work
• Good negotiations skills
• Team Player and ability to work in teams
• Good communication skills
• FLUENT ENGLISH & ARABIC
• KUWAITI DRIVING LICENSE IS MUST


Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any business related field
