Hiring now-Operations Coordinator

IW Express is a logistics service provider offering a wide range of E- Fulfilment solutions such as domestic and international shipping, parcel pick- up, delivery and return management services for the B2B2C segment.

Job Role:
•Coordinate day-to-day operations ensuring that packages are sorted, loaded, and dispatched on time.
•Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
•Work closely with the delivery team to optimize delivery routes and reduce transit times.
•Assist in resolving operational issues that impact customer satisfaction, including delays, lost packages, and delivery discrepancies.
•Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
•2-3 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in a courier or delivery environment.
•Good planning, follow up and problem-solving skills
•Good communication skills
•Team player
•Must have valid transferrable visa 18
•Available to join immediately or on short notice

Office location: Al-Rai
Working hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8 hours per day.
