Job Title: Salesman with IT Field Experience

Salary: 250 KD + 5% Commission on Each Client Signed

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesman with a strong background in the IT field to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, particularly with government contracts. The primary responsibility is to bring clients to the office, whether through online engagement or outdoor sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients in the IT sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with government contract clients.
Conduct online and outdoor sales activities to generate leads and convert them into clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide clients with detailed information on our IT products and services.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience in IT sales, preferably with government contracts.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Must be proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented.
