Machine Operator

• ITI certification/Diploma/Any technical certification
• 5-7years as Machine Operator. Plastic industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of production procedures and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of safety methods hazard regulations and raw materials.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and handbooks.
• Good physical stamina and keen attention to detail.

Electrician

• ITI certificate in Electrical/ Diploma In Electrical Engineering
• 5-8 year’s work experience as an industrial electrical technician.
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific plant equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical components as well as electrical safety codes and regulations.
• Must be able to understand and make decisions based on technical documents, such as blueprints, schematics, or instructions.
• Strong communication skills are a necessary part of this position.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Foreman
• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in industrial /mechanical engineering with with 8-10 years knowledge about industrial manufacturing cycle and production timelines to ensure effective and timely delivery.
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific plant equipment.
• Must possess a positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude; Ability to promote and implement ideas successfully.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to all decision-making.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate with all levels within an organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word).
