BMS ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Commissioning of control panels and BMS systems.
• Generation and implementation of BMS logic programs and Strategies.
• Working with HVAC equipment like AHU, VAV, FCU, Pumps and Chillers.
• Work related to 3rd party integration with protocols like BACnet, Modbus and SNMP.
• Reactive BMS support.
• Communication with the project team and the office-based support team with regular updates, consultation, and support in safe working.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in electronics or electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in BMS testing and commissioning.
• Must have extensive knowledge of either Trend, or Sauter Systems with Niagara.
• Knowledge in preparing new systems design, product selection and generating BOQs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and clients.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken. Arabic is a Plus.
• Transferable 18 No. Residency.
