Role and Responsibilities
 Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers (Equipment, Parts, Service, and Rentals)
 Qualify and develop new business opportunities from outbound/inbound calls, leads, general prospecting and email marketing. This includes cold calling and networking in the region to develop one’s own opportunities
 Perform sales presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects
 Travel extensively into territory to develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, present, articulate/clarify value and differentiation, and win the business in expected timeframe
 Partner with field reseller partners and/or service partners to develop sales opportunities and to support sales and implementation activities
 Develop sales strategy
 Accurately forecast revenue for department and accounts, maintain contact information, business history and opportunity details in office format.
 Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
 Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
 Support marketing initiatives (i.e., tradeshows, presentations, etc.)
 Work within sales/marketing department to help mature database, marketing materials, tracking and other internal tools
 Other tasks as required
Eligibility/Skills
• University degree preferred (B.E./ B. tech in mechanical / Electrical or Electronics) or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in electric forklift sales.
• Dynamic leadership skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, strong execution capability
• Loves to work in a team environment, but able to work independently
• Has industry expertise and loves to close the bridge between industry and technology
• Start-up mentality
• A valid Kuwait driving license.
