Are you a dedicated IT professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to join our team and take charge of our Dynamics 365 ERP system while ensuring optimal performance and security across our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Manage the maintenance, upgrades, and daily operations of our ERP system.
Serve as a backup for network/system administration tasks.
Provide end-user support and training to maximize the benefits of our systems.
Install and configure software, hardware, and network components.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficiency.
Implement and manage security measures, including access controls and firewalls.
Oversee network servers, technology tools, and user accounts.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including an internal wiki.
Requirements:

Proven experience with ERP systems (Dot net framework based) and strong database skills (Microsoft SQL).
Basic networking and systems knowledge (Microsoft Windows Server 2016) with relevant certifications.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure web hosting.
Ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, train staff, and implement process improvements.
Background as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Knowledge of system security, data backup/recovery, and patch management.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification required.
4-5+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred:

Possession of a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
Driving allowance will be provided.
