A leading construction company in Kuwait is looking for a project manager
Minimum 10 years experience
Job Description - Project Manager

Project Management Responsibilities:
• Responsible for resource planning, cost estimating, cost control, and risk management.
• Provide technical leadership for site team for managing construction Projects.
• Good knowledge of project monitoring, forecasting, scheduling techniques, managing and allocating resources, and ability to manage the change control process in projects.
• Demonstrate ability to manage concurrently multi-discipline projects involving a team of engineers and subcontractors.
• Determine areas of potential improvement, facilitate implementation of improvements to address the concerns and follow up for outcomes.
• Manage, steer and develop the company's construction team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10-12 years of professional experience.
• Worked as a Project Manager for at least 3+ years having executed multi discipline projects.
• Kuwait Society of Engineers Valid Registration
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• PE registration is a plus, but not required.
