Key Criteria:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales and marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Kuwaiti market, including consumer behavior and local regulations.
• Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics. Proven track record in sales growth and lead generation.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and Arabic.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Other: Pleasing personality, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Must be available in Kuwait and have driving license
