Professionally Qualified with "Chartered Accountant" : CA, CMA, with 15 -20 years similar job business experience urgently required. Very Good Salary Offered as per industry. Person should be capable to do :
1. Budgeting / Forecasting / Financial Planning
2. Deal with Banks for financing & Funds Management
3. Undertake business development activities
4. Control Business Operations
5. Generate meaningful MIS reports
6. Control & guide Finance, Accounts & Treasury staff
7. Financial Reports and deal with Auditors
8. Plan C A S H F L O W effectively.
9. Control Receipts & Payments
10. Draft Legal Agreements / Commercial Contracts
11. Negotiate with vendors & Clients
12. Do Investment Analysis, NPV, IRR, Payback, Return on Investments.
13. Costing of Business Opportunities & Cost Control
13. Undertake Business Travels for development activities and New Business Opportunities.
14. Supports Managers in Tendering, Bid Bond, PBG, APG etc.
Must be "Indian" with Strong Sense of FINANCE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT in Contracting, Maintenance, trading, retail, Joint Ventures, Brand Agency etc.
High Salary will be offered for Right Person.
