Job Advertisement: Front Desk / Sales Associate

Position: Front Desk / Sales Associate (Male & Female) (High Priority)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Assigned Hours: 6 Days Per Week, 8 Hours Per Day (Based on Scheduled Shifts)

Salary Range:
- *Female:* 320 – 400 KWD (Depends on Experience)
- Male: 300 – 350 KWD (Depends on Experience)
- Monthly Commission: Based on yearly commission structure and monthly sales targets.

Nationality Preference:
- Kuwaiti, Arab Nationalities
Years of Experience:
- Minimum 3 Years

Age Group:
- Maximum 35 Years

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication with staff and members.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash processing procedures.
- Functional computer skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests promptly and with enthusiasm.
- Provide security and control at the front desk.
- Check-in members and monitor guest registration.
- Address and follow up on telephone inquiries and messages.
- Direct guests to fitness consultants and manage appointments.
- Handle retail and concession sales.
- Maintain a neat appearance and wear proper uniform with nametag.
- Reserve time for gym activities and process sales transactions.
- Clean and maintain the front desk area.
- Log maintenance concerns and report incidents to management.
- Follow proper opening and closing procedures.
- Attend staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and adherence to company standards.
